Why the door, why smaller teams
Most booking tools assume you'll check a calendar app before you walk to a room. In real hallways, people don't. They push on the door and hope. Putting the answer on the door fixes that: what's free is readable by anyone, no app needed just to check.
The sign is built to disappear into the wall. It's readable in any light with no glare, never flashes a jarring black screen, and runs for months on a single charge, so it quietly shows the truth instead of nagging to be plugged in.
